On mission!

We believe in the "Great Commission" given by Jesus in (Matt 28:19,20). Our common purpose is in the sharing of the gospel both locally and around the world. Our prayer is that the gospel will be declared to "all men" looking forward to the return of Jesus.

As a church that is autonomous, we joyfully support the SBC missions to impact the world with the life changing gospel of Jesus Christ.  Missions - SBC.net     

Community outreach

We have a number of ongoing outreaches throughout the year that focus on sharing the gospel in our local community. To stay on mission, we title all of our outreaches, "A Gateway Outreach Event" or "A Gateway Serve Event." Some of our annual outreaches and service projects are, our Trunk and Treat, our Christmas Toy and Food give away, Operation Christmas Child Shoe Box Ministry, Church in the Park, Back to School Bash, Vacation Bible School, Prayer walks in our community, and Matt 24 ministry. Just to name a few.
