Children's Ministry

Childrens Ministry Director

As a Colorado native, Kathy was born in Lamar, Colorado to parents that had a heart to Serve the Lord and teach their children to do the same. Kathy moved to the San Luis Valley in 2000 with her family where she met and married her husband, Clayton in 2005. They have 3 children Kaleb, Crystal, and Kayla.

Kathy began to feel the Lord calling her to help in the children’s ministry in the fall of 2021. While praying for the Lord’s guidance passage Matthew 19:14, " But Jesus said, Suffer little children , and forbid them not, to come unto me: for of such is the kingdom of heaven."  was a passage that kept coming up to her and realized that this was where the Lord was leading her.  Kathy’s desire is to live up to this passage and help guide as many children as she can to the Lord.
