Children's Ministry

Childrens Ministry Director

Amy Dean moved to the Valley in the fall of 1996. She and her husband Eric are blessed with a blended family of 7 children and 16 grandchildren. Being raised in a large family, Amy enjoys her home being filled with the sounds of love and laughter from family and friends. In her spare time, Amy enjoys outdoor activities such as riding her horses in the mountains, fishing, hiking, camping, bow hunting for elk, writing music, playing her

guitar and mandolin, visiting and playing music in local nursing homes, and spending time with family and friends.

After serving in worship for over 18 years, Amy heard the call and saw a need to become involved in children’s ministry at Gateway. Her desire is to continue on with the quality and God-honoring children’s program that Gateway has always offered, and grow and reach more families so they can know the love of Christ and make Him known to others. Amy is thankful for the wonderful team of volunteers that have come beside her and is confident that with the Lord’s help and direction, this children’s ministry will

grow and flourish; and as a result, more children and families will come to know Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior. For His Kingdom and for His Glory.
